PICK-UP POLICY

Hello! 

Pick-up is available for all items that are in stock. Please be sure to read all item descriptions before placing your order. We are located in Mount Vernon, New York. Once order is placed we well then send you the address. All Pick-up orders MUST be scheduled between business hours MON-SAT 10:00-7:00 PM

SUNDAYS WILL REQUIRE A NONREFUNDABLE FEE OF $30

ANY TIME OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS WILL REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE FEE OF $20

A picture of your ID must be submitted or your order will be canceled. If your order isn't picked up within 5 days it will be canceled. Uber/Lyft delivery is available but you're responsible for all fees. KIEMA'S BOUTIQUE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN ITEMS. If you have any questions or would like to schedule same day pick-up please contact us on instagram for a quicker response.
