Important Update: Pick-Ups Are No Longer Available

Pick-up services have been discontinued. However, Uber/Lyft delivery is now available and can be scheduled during our designated hours.

Uber/Lyft Delivery Information

Uber/Lyft delivery is available for all in-stock items. Please be sure to read each item description carefully before placing your order. We are located in Mount Vernon, New York.

We require 1–3 business days to process your order for Uber/Lyft delivery.
If you need your order sooner, please DM us directly on Instagram for faster assistance.

Scheduling Hours
Mon–Thurs: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Fri–Sat: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Sunday deliveries require a non-refundable $30 fee.

• Any delivery scheduled outside business hours requires a non-refundable $20 fee.

A photo of your ID must be submitted. Orders without verified ID will be canceled.
If your order is not picked up by your Uber/Lyft driver within 5 days, it will be canceled and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

You are responsible for all Uber/Lyft delivery fees. Kiema’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
